Um, FWIW your spit is good for taking your own blood out of natural fibers. Something about matching enzymes or some such thing. Not that I would know about the need to do that, but, you know...just thought I'd mention it in case such knowledge might come in handy.

If you were desperate, you could have used salt.

and i've not seen the purse. why is that?

That's not good. Carry a Tide pen. Love those things. Have saved me from countless coffee stains.

Um, well, I was thinking more in terms of spitting on the paper towels instead of using all tap water, but if you think sucking them would have been better... :-D
